In order to advise you properly, BV Services must obtain certain information from you about your financial and personal circumstances.

We will hold and process sensitive and non-sensitive data provided by you for financial advisory purposes. Such information will be kept for at least three years, possibly in perpetuity, depending on its nature.

By providing us with your personal data:

1. You agree that the information we hold about you can be held on computer and/or paper files.

2. You agree that any information which you give us, including sensitive personal data such as health and medical records, may be disclosed to appropriate third parties for the purpose of processing your application for, and for the ongoing administration of, your investment(s) or policy(ies), but for no other purpose.

Internet security

Please be aware that Internet and e-mail communications are not confidential. It is possible that information transmitted to us may be intercepted, read or obtained by other parties.
